Nickel-beryllium alloy series is a nickel-base
dispersion-strengthened, low-hysteresis high-elastic
alloys. Due to the high ultimate strength (in
particular, its processing characteristics),
anti-fatigue, anti-high-temperature softening,
anti-stress attenuation and corrosion-resistant
characteristics of more and more attention. Deformation
under high temperature nickel-beryllium alloy has
excellent flexibility, mainly used for mechanical parts
and electrical appliances, electronic components, such
as thermal switches, bellows, diaphragm, |

overheating parts and socket connection, sleeve, etc..
This alloy, after solution treatment, has good
plasticity, easy-rolling and is able to process of
forming various shapes of complex components. And after
aging treatment, the alloy has the availability of more
than beryllium bronze, 3J1, 3J58, and other precision
alloy higher mechanical properties and elastic
properties. It also has good conductivity, weldability,
corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance; in up to 370 ¡æ
high temperature also has beryllium bronze beyond the
reach of high elasticity and high conductivity, suitable
for manufacturing in the work below 370 ¡æ diaphragm,
high-temperature springs and conductive spring. |
